Designed for use at conferences, concerts, weddings, and so much more, the Sennheiser EW-DX SK Bodypack Transmitter pairs with a EW-DX system receiver up to 120’ away via Bluetooth for up to 12 hours of wireless sound transmission. It is also backwards compatible with the EW-D system.

This transmitter operates in the UHF band to avoid interference in the 2.4 GHz band. Its 80 MHz bandwidth offers up to 3200 frequencies to choose from, ensuring you can find a clean channel – plus it can automatically scan all frequencies to find the cleanest channel for you. It comes with an unobtrusive, sweat-resistant MKE 2 omnidirectional lavalier mic for broadcast-quality sound that is easy to conceal. The lav plugs into a locking 3.5mm connector on the bodypack transmitter, ensuring that it won’t detach during a critical moment.

With a wide 134 dB dynamic range on its input, this transmitter can handle a variety of sound sources, including loud vocalists and performers and connections to musical instruments – all without requiring any gain adjustment. It has a built-in rechargeable battery that lasts up to 12 hours but there is also the option to use AA batteries for up to 8 hours. Please note that this transmitter is equipped with e-ink, which will continue to display key information on its LCD even after the unit is powered off.

The EW-DX system is Dante-enabled and is capable of transmitting audio channels to/from other Dante-enabled equipment over Ethernet for maximum digital fidelity.
