Designed For RED Mini-Mags. This smaller, faster memory format is a must for capturing higher frame rates and resolutions with the previous-generation DSMC Scarlet Dragon, as well as the DSMC2 RED Weapon Helium / Epic-W Helium / Scarlet-W / Raven. Previous REDMAG accessories aren’t compatible with the RED Mini-Mag, so keep that in mind when building your setup.

Multiple Connections. The RED Station RED Mini-Mag has inputs for USB 3.0, Firewire 800 and eSATA 6G for fast offloading to a computer. By default, we only include a 24-inch USB 3.0 cable, a dedicated AC adapter for wall powering, and a USB-to-DC power cable for on-location powering via your computer’s USB port. If you need the Firewire 800 or eSATA cable sent for your rental, you can request it be sent.

Built For Speed. High-resolution capture is very data-hungry, and it wants the data fast. The Mini-Mag format takes everything the RED Dragons can throw at it with less compression than previous RED memory formats.
