ings when the display screen said it was recording so perhaps might be something to get sorted out with the equipment or software? We had a few issues with footage as a result of this. . .
Only other thing I'd say is that the tripod did not come with a ballhead which was extremely odd to me -- I've never rented a tripod that didn't come with the appropriate gear to mount a camera atop it. Thankfully we caught this in time and overnight ordered a rental of a ballhead, but that was extremely frustrating and disheartening and could have been a huge issue if we hadn't ordered the rental early enough to check through things before filming began.
Despite those issues, I've never found a rental company that does as much (as well) as LensRentals does for the price they do. Quality of experience+cost has always been our deciding factor and made us come back to work with LensRentals for a 2nd year in a row at our major event. The cameras functioned flawlessly though the autofocus did seek a little in low light. In retrospect, I should have had my techs set the focus and lock it out as that aspect was pretty static. Other than that, great marks for the camera and Lensrentals. Read Less
