The Teradek Serv 4K is an ultra-secure, all-in-one monitoring solution that can simultaneously stream video from your camera to twenty local devices, and to unlimited devices via the cloud. Key features include:
Stream to 20 local devices or to unlimited cloud devices
Real-time streaming in 4K HDR with 10-bit 4:2:2
Military-grade 256-bit end-to-end encryption
Consistent, highly accurate color reproduction
Powerful Monitoring Solution. The Teradek Serv 4K makes it dead simple to share an SDI or HDMI video signal to up to twenty on-set devices via Teradek’s VUER app—even with no internet connection—and offers cloud streaming to unlimited devices via MacOS, iOS, Android, and web browsers using Teradek’s Core app or third-party integrations like Frame.io. It gives you all the power of multiple expensive single-channel wireless video systems in a single compact device. As you probably guessed from its name, the Serv 4K supports input video up to DCI 4K at 60p, and streams real-time video in 4K HDR.
Wi-Fi or Ethernet Streaming. The Serv 4K and all on-set devices must be connected to the same local network. If you don’t have a wireless network, we offer the Linksys E1200 Wireless-N Router as a separate rental item.
Color-Accurate Images. Regardless of whether you’re sending footage to local devices or through the cloud, the Serv 4K’s 10-bit 4:2:2 color and DCI-P3 and PQ 2084 color gamut ensure consistent color accuracy from first shot to final color. You see what the camera person, editor, and colorist see, and you can collaborate in real time with the Core app’s built-in voice chat and messaging tools.
Military-Grade Security. Military-grade 256-bit end-to-end encryption ensures that all footage you stream locally or with remote stakeholders is protected. You get individual viewer access control with user-specific watermarking and tracking history, so you decide who gets to see your footage.
Additional Features. You can use the VUER app with up to four Serv 4K units to simultaneously share footage from up to four live cameras. There’s a microphone input jack, a headphone output jack, and a single SD/SDHC memory-card slot. The 4K offers a streamlined, easier-to-use UI compared to previous iterations of the Teradek Serv.
